Quick answer
The fastest named tier is 2-4 hours: receive the order by for delivery by on the same working day; this is a published window, not guaranteed elapsed processing time. Working-day windows exclude weekends, and holiday timing needs confirmation before payment. InTimeVisa is a private agent; you can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn, and government approval is never guaranteed. Check the visa-before-check-in rules below before choosing a tier.
Send your public-service fee e-invoice, passport data page, registered email and expected port of entry. We review your existing application and send a quote. No payment is taken now. Government processing times are not guaranteed. We are an independent private agent, not affiliated with the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Urgent orders are paid 100% upfront. We start processing only once your full payment has been received and confirmed.
If you order now
Weekdays only — Vietnamese public holidays are not in this calculation. If your travel date sits near a holiday, call us and we confirm the real clock before you pay.
Not in a hurry? Standard, 2 working days: US$80 single entry / US$105 multiple entry — order by → by the next working day.
All prices are all-in: they already include the official government fee, which we pay to the Immigration Department on your behalf. Nothing is added at checkout.
Read the turnaround column carefully. A faster tier buys a LATER cut-off, not guaranteed elapsed processing time: the 2–4 hours tier closes at and delivers by on the working day we accept your file. The 1 working day tier closes at and also targets . These windows depend on the immigration authority’s schedule.
Who must have a visa before check-in
For ordinary-passport travel that does not qualify for an exemption, arrange your visa before departure. Canada explicitly warns that visa errors or missing information can lead to denied boarding; confirm your airline’s check-in documents for your itinerary.
Eligible travelers from countries such as the UK, Japan and South Korea have visa exemptions. China’s diplomatic and official passport exemptions differ from ordinary tourist passports; Chinese MFA guidance identifies Phu Quoc, residence documents and other exceptions. What you need to apply
Passport photo page — a clear photo or scan; the passport should have at least 6 months' validity left.
A portrait photo (plain background, no glasses) — phone photos are fine if sharp.
Your travel dates and the port of entry you'll use (airport, land crossing or seaport).
An email address for delivery, and a way to pay once you confirm the price — Visa or Mastercard through PayPal checkout (no PayPal account needed where PayPal offers guest checkout), PayPal, or a Vietnamese bank transfer by QR code. Urgent processing begins only after full (100%) payment has been received and confirmed.
That's all. We check everything for consistency before lodging — small mismatches between the form and the passport are the most common cause of delays and refusals.
Same-day cut-offs, weekends & holidays
Our published windows use working days. The ETA calculation skips weekends and rolls a missed cut-off to the next working window. Vietnamese public holidays are not populated in the calculation; confirm holiday timing with us before paying.
All cut-offs and delivery windows use Vietnam time, ICT (UTC+7). Use the table’s ICT times when comparing your flight and check-in deadline.
Check your port of entry first
The Vietnam eVisa is only valid at approved checkpoints — around 83 airports, land crossings and seaports in 2026. Most travelers arriving at the big international airports (SGN, HAN, DAD, CXR) are fine, but if you're crossing by land or sea, tell us the exact gate and we'll confirm it's on the list before lodging.
Urgent eVisa — quick answers
What happens if my eVisa is refused?
We refund our service fee on an eligible application that is refused (see our Refund Policy). Government fees set by the authorities are non-refundable once the application is lodged.
How long is the eVisa valid?
The Vietnam eVisa is valid for up to 90 days, single or multiple entry.
Which border gates accept the eVisa?
It is valid at Vietnam's approved international airports and land/sea border gates — including the main China land gates such as Mong Cai, Huu Nghi and Lao Cai. Tell us your entry point and we'll confirm it's on the list.
Is InTimeVisa the Vietnamese government?
No. We're an independent private agent that prepares, lodges and tracks your application. The official government portal is evisa.gov.vn.
Do I have to pay before you start?
Yes. Urgent orders require full (100%) payment in advance. We start processing only after your full payment has been received and confirmed. The clock for your chosen tier starts when payment is confirmed.
Can you guarantee boarding if I do not have a Vietnam visa?
No. First verify any exemption for your itinerary. Canada warns that visa errors or missing information can result in denied boarding. InTimeVisa is independent of government and airlines and cannot guarantee approval, a faster government decision or boarding.
Already applied on evisa.gov.vn and flying soon — what can I do?
Use the existing-application expedite option on this page to request an assessment. Our 1 working day and 2–4 hours tiers follow the published ICT cut-offs and delivery windows, rather than a guaranteed elapsed processing time; government approval remains the authority’s decision.
How fast can I get a Vietnam eVisa — is the 2–4 hour tier a guarantee?
2-4 hours is the fastest named tier, with an order cut-off of and delivery by on the same working day. Tier names are not guaranteed elapsed processing times. Compare the table: a cheaper tier can deliver no later when its cut-off is still open; government approval is not guaranteed.
Can I get an urgent eVisa on a weekend or public holiday?
Our published windows use working days. The ETA calculation skips weekends and rolls a missed cut-off to the next working window. Vietnamese public holidays are not populated in the calculation; confirm holiday timing with us before paying.
What time zone do urgent eVisa cut-offs use?
All cut-offs and delivery windows use Vietnam time, ICT (UTC+7). Use the table’s ICT times when comparing your flight and check-in deadline.
Is express eVisa assistance official, and can I pay to speed up the official portal?
InTimeVisa is an independent private agent, not the government. Our assisted tiers are private services, not an official portal fast-track. You can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn; paying an agent does not guarantee a faster government decision or approval.
What if my eVisa is stuck or pending and my flight is tomorrow?
Check your status and any amendment request on evisa.gov.vn. Use our existing-application expedite option for a review and quote; no payment is taken at the request stage. Confirm check-in requirements with your airline and consider changing your flight if approval is still pending.
Can I use visa on arrival as a last-minute fallback?
Do not treat visa on arrival as a walk-up substitute for an approved eVisa. The existing visa-on-arrival guide explains prior arrangements; confirm the documents for your itinerary with the airline before relying on them.
Which nationalities can use your urgent service?
Our urgent eVisa service follows InTimeVisa’s nationality service policy. Check /vietnam-evisa-eligibility/ before applying. This is our private service policy, not a government eligibility rule.
