InTimeVisa is an independent private agent, not a government agency and not affiliated with the Vietnamese government.

What the calculator includes

The Vietnam eVisa government fee is US$25 for single entry or US$50 for multiple entry, and it is non-refundable once paid. You pay it on the official portal — evisa.gov.vn or thithucdientu.gov.vn — if you lodge the application yourself. If you order assisted service from InTimeVisa, this fee is already inside the single price we charge, and we remit it for you.

What assisted service changes

Assisted service does not change the government fee itself. It adds private-agent work: document pre-checking, correct submission, status tracking and amendment handling. The assisted prices above are all-in and fixed — you see the number before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Why a faster tier is not always an earlier delivery

Each assisted tier is a cut-off, not a stopwatch. Standard and Priority close at Vietnam time (ICT, UTC+7), and the 2-4 hour tier closes at . Priority and 2-4 hours deliver by on the working day we accept your file; Standard delivers by the next working day. Paying for a faster tier buys a later cut-off or an earlier day, not guaranteed elapsed processing time. These windows depend on the immigration authority's schedule.
